• Please note: Guests staying longer than 28 days will be given a 10% discount.
• If a pet is collected before 11.00am on the day of departure, no charge will be made for that day.
• We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Credit cards, however, will incur a 3% surcharge. Switch and Delta are free of surcharge.
• Any pets on a prescribed veterinary diet will be fed according to requirements. We suggest that you supply the diet or, we reserve the right to charge for any extra costs involved.
• All medication requirements will be fully complied with, free of charge, unless this means veterinary support or off premises treatment.
